Loonis Single-Use License

1. Overview

This Single-Use License ("License") governs the use of digital products ("Template Files") purchased from Loonis via our Lemon Squeezy store. Template Files are typically Figma design files.

By purchasing, downloading, or using a Template File, you agree to be bound by this License.

2. License Grant

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and single-use license.
• You may use the Template File to create one End Product for yourself or one client.
• The End Product refers to a customized implementation of the Template File.
• The End Product may be distributed or transferred to a client for any fee.
• You may modify the Template File extensively. Modified versions are still subject to this License.
• Hosting the Template File elsewhere (e.g., your server) does not affect the applicability of this License.

In short: One project per purchase. One license = One client or business use.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Create and sell one End Product to a client.
• Customize, edit, or modify the Template File as needed.
• Host the Template File or End Product on any platform or server.
• Re-download updated versions (if available) for the same project.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Template File in more than one project or for multiple clients.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Template File (modified or not).
• Allow clients to resell or redistribute the End Product.
• Extract components (graphics, UI elements, etc.) for use outside the licensed End Product.
• Share or give away the Template File for free.

In short: You cannot reuse or redistribute. Your client can't either.

5. Ownership and Rights

• Loonis retains full ownership of all Template Files.
• This License grants usage rights only, not intellectual property ownership.
• Lemon Squeezy and Webflow are not parties to this License.

6. Template Availability

• Loonis makes no guarantee that a Template File will remain available.
• Templates may be updated, modified, or removed at any time.

7. Technical Support

• Limited support may be provided at Loonis’s discretion.
• Proof of purchase is required for support.
• Figma files are not eligible for technical support.

8. Intellectual Property Notice

Some Templates may include third-party trademarks or product graphics for illustrative/editorial use. You are responsible for obtaining rights if your usage requires them.

9. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases, solely at Loonis’s discretion.

EU Customers: By purchasing and downloading, you waive your right to withdraw as per Directive 2011/83/EU.

10. Limitation of Liability

All products are provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Loonis is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or equivalent in PLN.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

This License is governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing or using a Template File, you agree to this License and Loonis’s full Terms of Service.
